This way, whenever you finalize a document, a message will appear with the corresponding alerts.

Follow these steps:

1. Go to the Settings > Documents > Main settings menu.

2. Then, click on the Alert messages section.

3. Here you will find all the available options. Enable the ones you want to use.

4. Finally, click Save.
