This functionality is ideal for tracking stock reductions whenever there is an outgoing product shipment, even if the sale is invoiced later. With this option enabled, stock is deducted as soon as the transportation begins.

This ensures that stock levels are always up to date, providing a more accurate and current stock history. Later, when this document is converted into a new one, such as an invoice, the stock movement is associated with the newly generated document.

This functionality can be activated in company settings.
