Steps to use Moloni for the first time
The use of Moloni invoicing software is very easy and intuitive. However, before the first use and in order to make your account fully operational, you will have to complete the registration and add some data that will allow you to start issuing the first invoices.
If you have just confirmed your registration with Moloni, you are just a few seconds away from using your Moloni account in its entirety.
To do so, you only need 3 more steps:
Complete the information of your company
To complete the information about your company, go to Settings - Company and users - Company.
The data you enter will have a direct impact on how you manage your invoicing and how you fulfil your tax obligations.
Adding products and/or services
Next, create the first products to be used in the documents. To find out how, consult this Guide.
These refer to products or services that are organised through families. Moloni already has a category created by default, but you can create the ones you need. To know how to create a new family, consult this Guide.
Regarding the prices of the products, if they do not include VAT, Moloni presents a calculator that allows you to easily know the prices of your products with VAT.
Create customers
Finally, create your customers, adding some data such as company name, address, city, zip code and VAT number.
