I will close one company and open another. Can I use the same Moloni account for 2?
In the case of 2 different entities with different names and taxpayers, there will have to be 2 different Moloni accounts, as we cannot, by law, carry data from one taxpayer to another.
However, when the customer is approaching this situation (stop working with one company and start with another), he has to create the 2nd account.
Then, import customer and product data from the first account to the second (with the routines that exist on the platform), and start working on the second account, no longer making any payments or loading from the first account.
With this procedure, the first account goes into a query access state.
Thus, you can for some time (several months) consult and export all your data, to meet any legal query you have to make, until the account is permanently blocked access.
