There is a Hide button for each product that allows you to change its visibility status.

It is useful to hide products or services that you no longer use or that have been discontinued from your product list. This prevents errors during the invoicing process, as a product or service that has already been used in a document cannot be deleted.

You can configure each product or service directly in its details. To do this, simply search for the product in the corresponding category by going to Products & services > Categories, select the product, and click Hide in the 3 dots menu.

What is the practical effect of hiding a product?

Hidden products do not appear in the product list during management tasks, allowing you to work more quickly and efficiently by using only current products.

This feature is useful for products that have been discontinued or are no longer available on the market.
