In addition to being able to send emails to different recipients, it is also possible to use email message templates.
These e-mail message templates can be created the moment you are sending the document.
Follow these steps:
1. Go to the menu Movements > Sales > Invoices.
2. Select the invoices you want to send and click Send email.
3. Activate the option Send with a message.
4. You can choose between the different e-mail message templates added. If you don't have any templates created, write the message and click Save as new template.
You can always update the template or delete it.
5. Lastly, click Send e-mails individually.
