It is possible to duplicate any document that exists in the software, since the document that is duplicates inherit ll the information and definitions of the original document (Customer, financial data, products and/or associated services, transport data, among others).

Step One

In the “Operations” (1) column of any list of documents you will find “Duplicate document” (2) functionality.

Step Two

After duplicating the document, you will be redirected to a new document (3), on which it is able to alter the data, save and finalize the document or place it as a draft.
