Moloni allows the importation of articles or services, and it is possible to select different columns with the desired data. However, to correctly perform imports, it is necessary to pay attention to some aspects.
Importation - Suppliers
For example, if you want to associate products with a cost price to a supplier, you must create the desired supplier beforehand. To do this, in the document to be imported, you must fill in the following columns:
Importation - Warehouses
If you want to associate products with stock to a warehouse, you must create the desired warehouse beforehand. This functionality is only available in the Experimental and Pro plans.
When importing a warehouse, the importation is guided by the code of the warehouse created previously.
Importation - Taxes
In the Tax - Name, if previously created in Moloni, you must enter the same name in the column to avoid creating a duplicate tax.
When entering a column called Tax - Percentage together with a column called Tax - Name, a new tax will be created. It is important to note that the entered values should not contain symbols, particularly the percentage symbol (%).
Moloni offers the data update tool through importation. To do this, just have the Excel file with the desired columns and activate the Update button in case of conflict.
Next, we provide some examples:
Update - Article Prices
If you want to update the prices of articles, you should insert a column with the reference corresponding to the article and another column with the price including taxes.
Update - Stocks
If you want to update the stock of articles, you should insert a column with the reference corresponding to the article and another column with the desired stock.
If you want to update the stock of a warehouse, you should insert a column with the reference corresponding to the article, a column with the stock, and another column with the desired warehouse. To update the stock of multiple warehouses, repeat this process as necessary.
