How Customer Sync Works Between Moloni and Shopify

This plugin is also able to sync customer information, existing or newly created, between Moloni and Shopify, assuring that every detail is updated in Moloni as you create documents.

This tool allow you to save resources updating data, during the process of creating or managing documents, avoiding duplication issues and errors.

Customer creation

When the customer exists in Shopify but is yet to be created in Moloni, this tool will create it for you using the same Name and VAT(if both these fields are filled correctly on the settings), customer code (sequential in realtion to the last customer created), address, city, zip-code, country and language.

Updating customer information

The information is automatically updated from Shopify to Moloni, the information to be updated will be: Name, address, city, zip-code, country and language. (Name and VAT cannot be updated once the customer is created).
